I am truly grateful to this amazing husband and wife team! We had a paint spill on a very good quality rug which I really didn’t think would come out. I called them on a Friday at about 18.00 and Steven was happy to receive my visit to their premises to inspect the damaged rug. Unbelievably, despite the time both he and his wife immediately began working on it and enthusiastically assured me not to worry and they’d do what they could to save me from having to purchase another rug! Within two days I now have it back in better and cleaner condition than it was in before spilling the paint on it and ready to give to the client again for Monday (tomorrow). What a turn around when I know they have also worked Saturday and Sunday. What a service!! Polite-professional-keen and kind. I recommend them very highly and will be using them for my own home and on my future refurbishments and end of tenancy cleans. Thank you truly so very much!!
